Rates and Terms:

  • Diagnostic Fee $35
  • Minimum Labor Fee $65
  • Parts needed for the repair that require overnight or next day shipping will be paid by the customer if requested.
  • Turnaround time is 1 to 3 weeks average
  • Expedited repairs will be charged an additional $50 if required to be repaired overnight or same day
  • Warranty period on all repairs is 90 days, which covers part(s) used and labor. Any additonal part(s) needed for the repair the customer will only be charged for that part.
  • Warranty doesn't cover abuse or mishandling of equipment
  • Any unit brought in for warranty repair must be accopmanied by copy of original sales receipt
  • Amps & More provides on-site service for Kawai, Suzuki, and Yamaha digital pianos only

    • Delivery service to and from Chuck's is available, at a fee of $70.
